Returns & Exchanges

At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ETHNC tags still attached and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
